Merry Christmas, 2010

For Unto Us A Child Is Born

The London Symphony Orchestra – Handel: Messiah

From The Book of Luke, Chapter 2:

The Birth of Jesus

1In those days Caesar Augustus issued a decree that a census should be taken of the entire Roman world. 2(This was the first census that took place while Quirinius was governor of Syria.) 3And everyone went to his own town to register.

4So Joseph also went up from the town of Nazareth in Galilee to Judea, to Bethlehem the town of David, because he belonged to the house and line of David. 5He went there to register with Mary, who was pledged to be married to him and was expecting a child. 6While they were there, the time came for the baby to be born, 7and she gave birth to her firstborn, a son. She wrapped him in cloths and placed him in a manger, because there was no room for them in the inn.

The Shepherds and the Angels

8And there were shepherds living out in the fields nearby, keeping watch over their flocks at night. 9An angel of the Lord appeared to them, and the glory of the Lord shone around them, and they were terrified. 10 But the angel said to them, “Do not be afraid. I bring you good news of great joy that will be for all the people. 11 Today in the town of David a Savior has been born to you; he is Christa the Lord. 12This will be a sign to you: You will find a baby wrapped in cloths and lying in a manger.”

13Suddenly a great company of the heavenly host appeared with the angel, praising God and saying,

14“Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace to men on whom his favor rests.”

15When the angels had left them and gone into heaven, the shepherds said to one another, “Let’s go to Bethlehem and see this thing that has happened, which the Lord has told us about.”

16So they hurried off and found Mary and Joseph, and the baby, who was lying in the manger. 17When they had seen him, they spread the word concerning what had been told them about this child, 18and all who heard it were amazed at what the shepherds said to them. 19But Mary treasured up all these things and pondered them in her heart. 20The shepherds returned, glorifying and praising God for all the things they had heard and seen, which were just as they had been told.

From The Book of Isaiah, Chapter 9:

To Us a Child Is Born

1Nevertheless, there will be no more gloom for those who were in distress. In the past he humbled the land of Zebulun and the land of Naphtali, but in the future he will honor Galilee of the Gentiles, by the way of the sea, along the Jordan—

2The people walking in darkness have seen a great light; on those living in the land of the shadow of deathaa light has dawned.

3You have enlarged the nation and increased their joy; they rejoice before you as people rejoice at the harvest, as men rejoice when dividing the plunder.

4For as in the day of Midian’s defeat, you have shattered the yoke that burdens them, the bar across their shoulders, the rod of their oppressor.

5Every warrior’s boot used in battle and every garment rolled in blood will be destined for burning, will be fuel for the fire.

6For to us a child is born, to us a son is given, and the government will be on his shoulders. And he will be called Wonderful Counselor,b Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.

7Of the increase of his government and peace there will be no end. He will reign on David’s throne and over his kingdom, establishing and upholding it with justice and righteousness from that time on and forever.

The zeal of the Lord Almighty will accomplish this.

Clinton To The Rescue!

“Help Me Daddy, Please!”

Here we have yet another Presidential first, thanks to the most inexperienced person ever to be elected to the White House, Barack Hussein (“Barry Soetoro”) Obama.

And now, he’s officially a Lame Duck President.

As I watched Obama literally turn this press conference over to Clinton yesterday and “excuse himself” I couldn’t help but think Obama was begging for help from big daddy Clinton.

Literally, Obama couldn’t excuse himself fast enough and the liberal lamestream media, not skipping a beat, addressed Clinton as “Mr. President” as if he were still President!

Clinton “President For The Day” December 10th, 2010

When has this ever happened before in the history of this country?

The answer: NEVER.

Every day Barack Hussein (“Barry Soetoro”) Obama diminishes the office of the President.  I can only wonder when it’ll be Jimmy Carter’s turn next.

Here’s a question: Who looked more Presidential, Obama or Clinton?  I think Clinton did.  He was certainly more engaged over the topic than Obama has been.  That was clearly evident.

For Obama’s part, well, his Yeti Wife was waiting so he had to abandon his responsibilities and give the dirty work to someone else who at least has some experience on cleaning up messes.  Clearly the incumbent is a complete buffoon at best, and an incompetent moron at worst.

It’s an embarrassment to those of us in the U.S. that this petulant two-year old child-like “President” behaves like this.  Moreso, it should be an embarrassment to anyone who voted for this jackass.

No wonder this country sinks lower and lower every day and becomes more and more of a laughing stock.

Who Said F*** Obama?

Take Our Poll!

Who was it?  Pelosi?  Weiner?  Bawney Fwank? (now that's just too ugly to think about!)  Alan Grayson?

My money's on Pelosi.  Just look at how she's leading the House Democrats over the cliff in opposion to Obama at the moment.  She's completely un-hinged.

Republicans: Vote NO On Tax Deal Compromise

Democrats Demonstrate Once Again Why Voters Rebuffed Them

Democrats in Congress have now so polluted the tax extention compromise that Republicans should now vote against the deal made with Obama earlier this week.

By extending unemployment benefits another 13 months creating another welfare program and extending the "Obama tax cuts" which do nothing but re-distribute wealth to the lazy class in this country, the net effect to our economy will be to simply extend the economic misery of the last two years.  Simply stated, all we're doing is prolonging the economic agony and uncertainty another two years until the next election cycle.

So here's my suggestion to the Republican Party, if they have the backbone to take it: vote NO on the Bush tax-cut extensions, and let the Democrats go down in flames in the waning days of this Congress.  They're already in self-destruct mode, give them the rest of the rope they need to fully hang themselves.

In voting NO on the tax cut compromise, the message to the American people, and the Tea Party is simple: Democrats have once again demonstrated why they were voted out of power in the House, and their margins minimalized in the Senate.  Democrats once again have polluted a piece of legislation designed to help the American people of all income levels in this time of economic distress by loading up the bill with pork and special spending for their political interests.

Rather than pass this piece of crap bill, Republicans should tell the American people that they will wait until the next Congress to pass a permanent, clean tax-bill that will benefit all Americans and small businesses.  Then, walk off the podium and leave town until the next Congress.

The internal destruction of the Democrat party that would be sure to follow will cement in the voters minds for the next election just who was responsible for this mess, the Democrats.  They've had the last two years with super-majorities in both houses to deal with this problem, to push it off to the lame duck session and try to blame Republicans for their own failure is laughable on its face, and transparent for all to see.

Republicans, do you have the testicular fortitude to take my advice?

Any Questions?  The last four years under the Democrat Controlled Congress has given us higher unemployment, less job creation (in fact, job LOSS) and budget deficits that are on average six times LARGER than any budget deficit under George W. Bush.  The Dow Jones has fallen from its highs and still not recovered, and this administration's anti-business, anti-bank, anti-capitalism policies have caused yearly 80 bank closures per year vs. less than two per year under Bush.

It's time to escort these idiots out of Washington, no more "lame duck" Congress, stop the madness!
